What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Yes, we ship all around the world, with DHL express shipping which takes about 3-5 days depends on which country. For Russia which is the most difficult country we ship, we ship usps express which  takes about 7 to 10 days.

For Domestic orders within the U.S.A we ship usps priority mail. 2-3 day shipping process.

If an item is on back order ( NOT N STOCK at the moment you place order) we will ship the item out as soon as it comes in stock)

overnight  is available  with direct invoice from us  via paypal. We do offer overnight shipping but its best to contact us before ordering to make sure the item is in stock.

Do You Ship Internationally?

YES WE SHIP WORLDWIDE 

All shipping services provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
Days in the following table refer to business days. An additional 0-2 business day processing time is required.

We ship with USPS on 2-3 days on priority for domestic orders. We also can ship on usps overnight express ( Please Contact us before ordering express overnight shipment to make sure that we have the item in stock to ship.

How Can I Return a Product?

RETURN/ ExChange POLICY

Items marked final sale cannot be returned. A Return Authorization must be requested within 14 days money back and exchange , 21 days store credit of the order’s delivery date. The item(s) must not be worn, altered or washed and be accompanied by original tags. Shipping fees are not refundable. The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of the reception of the item at the Iridium warehouse. All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return. Please contact us by email [email protected] or phone 312.775.2456  to make a Return Authorization request. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without  Authorization or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Iridium Brand.

UNITED STATES RETURNS

Returns from the U.S. should be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns shipped with other services than USPS  with tracking and Insurance

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All returned items should be declared as a “Return of American Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.

Sizing

We have all the sizes for every product for men we carry small to xxl. For women xs to xl. When one size is out of stock, it is indicated with the specific product.

Most products fit true to size unless indicated on that specific item. Please click on our size chart link to see specific sizes for items

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments by Visa or Mastercard, and American Express which is submitted through Paypal. You DONT need a paypal account to Process to the payment with your credit card.
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorisation is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped.
